测控中的星载计算机快速切换

针对低轨卫星长期管理与测控中的星载计算机所需要的切换、维护的测控时间相对较长的问题,在分析原有主、备星载计算机的时间比对方法的基础上,直接针对备机建立新的时间同步模型,并进行公式推导和理论误差分析;然后建立新的测控事件调度模型,实现时间同步数据与主备机一致性数据的同时注入,优化工作流程,并有效缩短测控时间;最后编写新的遥控作业,在测控中进行实践.应用结果表明,采用新方法可以在一个测控圈次内完成在轨星载计算机的切换与维护,MTTR(Mean Time To Repair,平均恢复时间)小于8 min,时间同步精度优于1 ms,所需测控圈次相对于原方法减少83％以上,适用于在轨卫星长期管理与测控.     

Prediction of cutting forces in ball-end milling of 2.5D C/C composites

Machining of carbon/carbon (C/C) composite materials is difficult to carry out due to its high specific stiffness, brittleness, anisotropic, non-homogeneous and low thermal conductivity, which can result in tear, burr, poor surface quality and rapid wear of cutters. Accurate and fast pre-diction of cutting forces is important for milling C/C composite materials with high quality. This paper presents an alternative cutting force model involving the influences of the directions of fiber. Based on the calculated and experimental results, the cutting forces’ coefficients of 2.5D C/C com-posites are evaluated using multiple linear regression method. Verification experiment has been car-ried out through a group of orthogonal tests. Results indicate that the proposed model is reliable and can be used to predict the cutting forces in ball-end milling of 2.5D C/C composites.     

A dimension reduced INS/VNS integrated navigation method for planetary rovers

Inertial navigation system/visual navigation system (INS/VNS) integrated navigation is a commonly used autonomous navigation method for planetary rovers. Since visual measurements are related to the previous and current state vectors (position and attitude) of planetary rovers, the performance of the Kalman filter (KF) will be challenged by the time-correlation problem. A state augmentation method, which augments the previous state value to the state vector, is commonly used when dealing with this problem. However, the augmenting of state dimensions will result in an increase in computation load. In this paper, a state dimension reduced INS/VNS integrated nav-igation method based on coordinates of feature points is presented that utilizes the information obtained through INS/VNS integrated navigation at a previous moment to overcome the time rel-evance problem and reduce the dimensions of the state vector. Equations of extended Kalman filter (EKF) are used to demonstrate the equivalence of calculated results between the proposed method and traditional state augmented methods. Results of simulation and experimentation indicate that this method has less computational load but similar accuracy when compared with traditional methods.     

C/SiC复合材料反射镜研究进展

反射镜在空间光学系统中起着非常关键的作用,目前已发展到第四代C/SiC复合材料。C/SiC复合材料具有低密度、高模高强、结构设计灵活等优点,已成为非常重要的新型反射镜材料。本文对四代反射镜的特点进行了归纳和对比,对C/SiC复合材料反射镜的结构设计、几种常用的制备工艺进行了整理和总结,并对目前国内外的研究进展进行了综述。     

基于VB的矩形花键拉刀设计系统的实现

传统的拉刀设计方法效率低，利用计算机设计程序可以使其实现自动化，快速、准确。介绍了基于Visual Basic6．0环境下矩形花键拉刀设计程序，剖析了其中主要的功能模块。该程序可对拉刀的结构参数进行设计计算，并利用AutoCAD集成的VBA开发工具自动绘制出矩形花键拉刀图纸。结果表明其完全满足工程实践要求。     

一种无塔校准方法研究

在地面卫星测控系统中,目前使用较多的有塔校准技术具有一定的局限性,为了克服这种局限性,本文针对已有的卫星测控系统设备提出一种无塔校准方法,给出了具体无塔校相和无塔校零的实现方法.     

基于C167CS和MAS3507＋DAC3550解码器的音频播放器设计

多媒体播放器市场的快速发展为低成本的DSP/MCU混合器件的应用提供了发展的良机.本文分析了Infineon(SIEMENS)C167CS的结构,提出了Infineon(SIEMENS)C167CS单片机和MAS3507 DAC3550解码器开发的MP3播放器的方案,采用了自顶向下的设计方法对总体设计方案、硬件各个组成部分(播放器的硬件解码技术、数模转换的控制技术)和软件进行了分析和设计.全部程序用Keil公司的C编译器和链接器编译通过并运行良好,该系统具有实现简单,成本低,运行效率高,功能强大等优点,有很好的发展前途.     

Influence of the gravitational vertical on geometric visual illusions

The occurrence of geometric orientation illusions and the perception of ambiguous figures were analyzed in 24 subjects during static body tilt relative to gravity on Earth. Results showed that illusions such as the Rock's diamond/square, the Ponzo illusion, and orientation contrast illusions occurred less frequently, and that depth reversal of ambiguous figures took more time when subjects were lying on their side or supine compared to upright, thus suggesting that the gravitational reference plays a significant role in these “visual” illusions. The structure of images, our representation of the environment, and orientation relative to gravity are all integral parts in interpreting visual images. In a weightless environment where no gravitational reference can be used, it is expected that similar alterations in visual perception will occur.
